Refunds, Returns, and Shipping Policy

Welcome to AquaHub Corp. (“AquaHub”). This Refunds, Returns, and Shipping Policy applies to all purchases made directly through our website, www.aquahubfilters.com. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.

Return Policy

At AquaHub, we care deeply about your experience and satisfaction. If you need to return a product, please review the following terms:

Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 calendar days of your original order date.
  • Products must be unused, in original condition, and include all original packaging and components (e.g., tubing, adapters, manuals).
  • A Return Authorization Code (RAC) is required for all returns. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of freight when shipping products back to AquaHub.
  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our website.

Returns After 30 Days

  • Returns requested after 30 days may be approved at AquaHub’s discretion.
  • A 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • 1% of the restocking fee will be donated to the Wishing Well International Foundation.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return

1. Contact Us
Request a Return Authorization Code by emailing support@aquahubfilters.com or calling 954-421-1454.

2. Repackage the Product
Ensure the product is unused and includes all original parts, manuals, and accessories.

3. Label the Return
Clearly mark your RAC on the outside of the return package. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Send Your Package
Returns must be received within 21 calendar days of RAC issuance. Ship your return to:

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 15 business days.
  • Refunds will reflect deductions for applicable restocking fees and original shipping costs (if applicable).
  • Full refunds processed within 30 days do not qualify for the 1% donation.

Undeliverable or Refused Packages

  • Undeliverable Orders: Packages returned due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses will be refunded minus any shipping fees incurred.
  • Refused Shipments: If you refuse delivery, a 25% restocking fee may apply, and shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Shipping Policy

  • Standard Shipping: Available throughout the U.S. via trusted carriers.
  • Expedited Shipping: Optional at checkout for an additional fee. Some services (e.g., Saturday delivery) may be limited based on location.
  • Free Shipping Promotions: May apply to select products or promotions.
